Occupational Therapist

We are offering a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our team. If you are looking for a fun and enjoyable place to work, where you will be part of an amazing team, we encourage you to apply.  This position will be working with the adult disability community where you will be enabling and supporting clients to engage and complete daily occupations.  This will require a range of tasks, knowledge and skills, including the prescription of assistive technology and home modifications.

 

We are also offering a position to work with Paediatric clients, including equipment prescription, positioning, emotional regulation, engaging in daily activity, and improving engagement in play.

If you are experienced in working with either adult disability or Paediatric, this position can be tailored to suit your experience or preference and isn't limited to either or both.

This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours to suite your lifestyle needs.


Requirements

The ideal applicant will have: 

  • Valid AHPRA registration 

  • Relevant clinical experience

  • Police Check and Working with Children Check 

  • Current driver’s licence and car 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences 

  • Strong organisation skills 

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Governement Covid-19 vaccination compliance (disability worker)

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team

As our busy Allied Health Clinic continues to grow, we are now searching for a Physiotherapist to join our fantastic team! You will be responsible for the professional delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients of all ages.

This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible hours to suite your lifestyle needs.

 

Requirements

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Valid AHPRA registration and APA membership

  • Relevant clinical experience

  • Strong organisation skills and able to plan personalise therapy plans

  • Establish each client’s individual treatment goals and appropriate plan therapy

  • Complete assessments and implement effective therapy plans

  • Liaison with families/care givers and support coordinators

  • Maintain treatment records and prepare clinical reports as required

Speech Pathologist

Our busy Allied Health clinic is rapidly expanding, and we are thrilled to now be offering the opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. New graduates and experienced Speech Pathologist are encouraged to apply! 
The position will be responsible for providing speech pathology services and care to clients of all ages but will be predominantly working with children.

  • Consult with other members of the team where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and concise case management records for clients 


Requirements 

  • Recognised bachelor level degree, or equivalent, in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Government Covid-19 vaccination requirements (disability sector)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Worker

We are offering a Key Worker to join our team. If you are looking for a fun and enjoyable place to work, where you will be part of an amazing team, we encourage you to apply.  This position will be working with the pediatric disability community where you will be enabling and supporting clients and families with their development.  This will require a range of tasks, knowledge and skills, including supporting development, transition to kinder and school. Assisting with progressing development may include positioning, emotional regulation, engaging in daily activity, and improving engagement in play.

This position will suit a Special Education Teacher, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.

Requirements

The ideal applicant will have: ​

  • Tertiary qualification in social work

  • Eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers

  • Police Check and Working with Children Check

  • Current driver’s licence and car

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people

  • Able to demonstrate competence and knowledge of the assessment, treatment, and care coordination of people with diverse ages, experiences, and backgrounds

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
