We are committed to providing an effective complaints and resolution process by delivering a fair, transparent, and effective complaint management system. Our Complaint Management Policy and Procedures can be accessed on request.
A complaint can be made by anyone (including anonymously) about the services and supports provided by Thrive4Life and may be made in person, writing, via phone or by filling out the form below.
