Lauren Farrow is the founder and director of Thrive4Life Therapy. In the past Lauren has coached other Occupational Therapists in her role as clinical services manager and in private practice. Lauren has assisted new graduates with their career development, experienced therapists and therapists setting up private practice and contracting roles.

Lauren is passionate about empowering allied health professionals and students to feel confident, develop their career and self development. Lauren is an avid seeker of growth and self development and brings her continued learning to helping her clients, team and mentees using a coaching model.
