Lauren Farrow
Founding Director & Principal Occupational Therapist 

Since graduating in 2010 from Charles Stuart University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Occupational Therapy, Lauren has worked across a number of public and private Occupational Therapy fields including paediatrics, adult disability and community aged care.


Lauren’s passion is treating clients at both ends of life (paediatric and over 65's) as well as rural health.

Lauren is a local girl completing her schooling in Benalla and University in Albury, she has solid understanding of rural health.

Sarah Young 
Practice Manager  

Sarah is a graduate of health sciences, majoring in health promotion and nutrition. After completing her studies last year, Sarah relocated back to her hometown in the Goulburn Valley to take on the role with the motivation to help people in our community. Sarah is passionate about holistic health and loves passing this passion on to our clients and families. 

We are so excited that Sarah has decided to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy and will be commencing studies this year. 
 

Emma Mills
Senior Physiotherapist

Emma studied a Doctor of Physiotherapy and has had significant experience working across a range of different areas including paediatrics, aged care, disabilityacute injuries, musculoskeletal, sports, surgery and disability since graduating.. 
Emma enjoys problem solving and coming up with different ways to help people work towards their goals through movement and exercise. Outside of work, Emma enjoys sightseeing, gigs, obsessing over her dog, hiking, canoeing, and working on her house and garden. 

Caitlyn James
Occupational Therapist

Caitlyn grew up and completed all of her schooling in rural Victoria. Since graduating in 2018, Caitlyn has gained experience in the many areas of occupational therapy. Caitlyn loves working with all of our clients, mainly seeing pediatric clients and clients over the age of 65. Caitlyn is continuously developing her skills and knowledge, and is passionate about personal development. With her can-do attitude, and kind and friendly nature, Caitlyn always goes above and beyond to support clients and all members of our team.

Joshua Smith 
Occupational Therapist

Josh is a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy graduated. Since graduating early this year, Josh returned home to the Goulburn Valley as he is eagar to give back to all members of our community. Although Josh has special interest in working with paediatrics, Josh has been working across the lifespan in a variety of clinical areas.  Josh is driven to continue developing his occupational therapy skills throughout his career and is always finding innovative ways to achieve goals. 

Eliza Linehan 
Social Worker

Eliza has completed a double degree in Bachelor of Human Services and Masters of social work. Eliza focuses on navigating the social and emotional well-being of individuals and is passionate about improve quality of life. Eliza loves working with individuals of all ages establishing their needs and goals, and working together to achieve them. Outside of work, Eliza enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating and cooking delicious food, playing netball and cricket, camping , water- skiing and having time to herself to relax and recharge. 
 

Jac Farrow
Allied Health Assistant and Social Support Worker

Jac is our Allied Health Assistant and social supports team member, who is currently studying a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and Nutrition. Jac is continuously developing his skills and knowledge, and always implements these into clients programs.  Jac is passionate about helping people engage in their chosen activities, with a special interest for outdoor recreations (like fishing!). When not out on the field, Jac is our go-to man for getting things done in managing the business.

Ellie Steward
Allied Health Assistant and Social Support Worker

Ellie is our Allied Health Assistant, and Social Support Worker. Ellie is currently completing a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance to further develop her skills and support her journey as an AHA.  Prior to joining our team, Ellie completed a primary school traineeship while completing a Cert III in Education Support. Ellie loves meeting new people and working with all ages to help achieve their goals. 
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors either waterskiing, camping, fishing, or walking her dog Max. 

Nicole Marshall 
Allied Health Assistant and Social Support Worker

Nicole is our Allied Health Assistant and Social Supports Worker. Nicole has been working in the health field for 20 years and has brought a wealth of experience to our Team. Nicole completed her studies to be an Allied health Assistant last year and has significant experience working in hospital rehabilitation.
Nicole is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals even when they thought it wasn’t possible.
