Principal Occupational Therapist
Lauren Farrow
Since graduating in 2010 from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Occupational Therapy, Lauren has worked across a number of public and private Occupational Therapy fields including paediatrics, adult disability and community aged care. Lauren’s passion is treating clients at both ends of life (paediatric and over 65's) as well as rural health. Lauren is a local girl completing her schooling in Benalla and University in Albury, she has solid understanding of rural health.

Occupational Therapist
Caitlyn James
Caitlyn grew up and completed all of her schooling in rural Victoria. Since graduating in 2018, Caitlyn has gained experience in the many areas of occupational therapy. Caitlyn loves working with all of our clients, mainly seeing paediatric and those over the age of 65. Caitlyn is continuously developing her skills and knowledge, and is passionate about personal development. With her can-do attitude, and kind and friendly nature, Caitlyn always goes above and beyond to support clients and all members of our team. Outside of work Caitlyn enjoys hanging out with her friends and chocolate Labrador, Ziggy.
Occupational Therapist
Joshua Smith
Josh has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Since graduating in Melbourne, Josh returned home to the Goulburn Valley as he is eager to give back to all members of our community. Josh has special interest in working with adults and has completed further training in home modifications and prescribing aids to help those who need it to get back to what they love most. Josh works with clients in all age groups and a variety of clinical areas. Josh is driven to continue developing his occupational therapy skills throughout his career and is always finding innovative ways to achieve goals.
Snr Physiotherapist
Emma Mills
Emma studied a Doctor of Physiotherapy and has had significant experience working across a range of different areas including paediatrics, aged care, disability acute injuries, musculoskeletal, sports, surgery and disability since graduating. Emma enjoys problem solving and coming up with different ways to help people work towards their goals through movement and exercise. Outside of work, Emma enjoys sightseeing, gigs, obsessing over her dog, hiking, canoeing, and working on her house and garden.

Paediatric Physiotherapist
Lauren Willmott-Murphy
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014. She has worked with clients across the lifespan in the rural acute, subacute and community public health settings, in areas including; paediatrics, neurological, musculoskeletal and cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy. Lauren has a strong interest in Paediatric Physiotherapy and has recently completed a Masters of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice. Lauren enjoys working with clients and their families in a holistic client centered way to achieve their goals and enhance quality of life. Lauren brings a vibrant and caring nature and joined our team in May 2022. We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Thrive team!

AHA Manager
Allied Health Assistant
Nicole Marshall
Nicole is the manager of our Allied Health Assistant and Social Supports team. She has also recently taken on a senior administration role. Nicole has been working in the health field for over 20 years and has brought a wealth of experience to our Team. Nicole has significant previous experience working in hospital rehabilitation. Nicole is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals, especially when they thought it wasn’t possible!
Allied Health Assistant
Cameron Blacksell
Our team was lucky to welcome Cam to the team in December 2021. Cameron will be completing a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance to further develop his skills and support his journey as an AHA. Prior to joining our team, Cam completed a Cert IV in Youth Work, which he completed in his hometown of Geelong. Outside of work, Cam enjoys outdoor activities (like skateboarding & bushwalking), as well as looking after many foster dogs that come through his home!
Allied Health Assistant
Anita O'Keeffe
Anita was welcomed to our team in February 2022. Anita completed a degree in Health & Rehabilitation Science at CSU in 2011. Anita has been practicing as an AHA for the past 8 years at GV Health and has worked across multiple specialty areas such as; Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech pathology in the acute, subacute and community settings. We are proud to have her bring this skill set and knowledge to Thrive 4 Life Therapy. Anita is keen to have the opportunity to learn a new area of what it means to be an AHA and enjoys assisting clients to reach their goals in a fun and supportive way. Anita loves to spend all of her time outside of work with her beautiful 18 month old daughter. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. Anita is enthusiastic about everything water (beach, river, pool) and loves art and getting creative.

Claire Shields
Claire was welcomed to our expanding team as an Allied Health Assistant, and Social Support Worker in May this year. Claire joins us from a background working at GV Health where she was a customer service representative. Whilst she was in this role Claire gained the interest and passion to engage with and support her clients. Claire completed Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance in 2021 and is a highly regarded addition to our team. Claire grew up on a farm in Euroa, is married with 2 children, enjoys laughing and spending time with people. Claire looks forward to her career as an Allied Health Assistant at Thrive 4 Life!

Taite Ritchie
We were lucky to welcome Taite to our Thrive 4 Life team in February 2022 in a newly created receptionist role. Taite loves meeting clients and looks forward to building and guiding people of all ages towards their goals. Taite is currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Food and Nutrition) at Charles Sturt University. She is always looking for ways to develop her knowledge and skills. Outside of work Taite enjoys hanging with her friends and family, and being outdoors whether that be 4-wheel driving, camping or wakeboarding.
