Founding Director/
Principal Occupational Therapist
Lauren Farrow
Since graduating in 2010 from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Occupational Therapy, Lauren has worked across a number of public and private Occupational Therapy fields including paediatrics, adult disability and community aged care, developing a well-rounded and adaptable approach to therapy. Lauren’s passion is treating clients at both ends of life (paediatric and over 65's) as well as rural health. Lauren is a local girl completing her schooling in Benalla and University in Albury, Lauren has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of rural health.
As Director and Principal OT, Lauren leads the team with passion, vision, and a strong commitment to high-quality care. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes, supporting independence, and improving quality of life through personalised and compassionate therapy.
Around the clinic, Lauren is known for expecting her team to read her mind—something they’re all still working on perfecting!

Occupational Therapist
Caitlyn James
Caitlyn grew up and completed all of her schooling in rural Victoria before graduating in 2018. Since then, she has gained experience across a wide range of occupational therapy areas, building a strong and versatile skill set.
Caitlyn enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on paediatrics and those over the age of 65. She is passionate about continuous learning and personal development, always striving to expand her knowledge and deliver the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Known for her can-do attitude and kind, friendly nature, Caitlyn consistently goes above and beyond to support both her clients and her team. She brings warmth, positivity, and genuine care to every interaction.
Outside of work, Caitlyn loves spending time with her family and friends—especially her husband Dean, baby Ollie, and their chocolate Labrador, Ziggy.

Paediatric Physiotherapist
Lauren Willmott-Murphy
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014. She has worked with clients across the lifespan in the rural acute, subacute and community public health settings, in areas including; paediatrics, neurological, musculoskeletal and cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy. Lauren has a strong interest in Paediatric Physiotherapy and has recently completed a Masters of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice. Lauren enjoys working with clients and their families in a holistic client centered way to achieve their goals and enhance quality of life. Lauren brings a vibrant and caring nature and joined our team in May 2022. We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Thrive team!

Office Manage/ Allied Health Assistant
Nicole Marshall
Nicole is our dedicated Office Manager and an experienced Allied Health Assistant, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health industry to the Thrive 4 Life Therapy team. With a strong background in hospital rehabilitation, Nicole has developed extensive skills in supporting clients through their recovery and goal-setting journeys. Her knowledge and experience make her an invaluable part of both our clinical and administrative teams. Nicole is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals, especially when they thought it wasn't possible! Around the clinic, Nicole is known as the one who keeps everyone in line and somehow also ends up being blamed for anything that goes missing or breaks!
Physiotherapist
Kundan Shah
Kundan is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist who brings a bubbly personality and plenty of laughter to the team. Having studied a Bachelor in Physiotherapy and over 10 years' experience in both clinical practice and teaching. Kundan has a passion for delivering quality care, working across a range of different areas including rehabilitation, mobility, disability, fitness and overall well-being. Known around the clinic for her warm nature and infectious laugh, Kundan makes every session engaging while still delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care.

Physiotherapist
Catherine Reyes
Catherine is a dedicated Physiotherapist who brings a wealth of international experience to the Thrive 4 Life Therapy team. She graduated in 2011 in the Philippines and spent six years working within the hospital system.
Catherine then continued her career in Abu Dhabi for four years, further developing her skills. Moving to Australia in 2021 Catherine has worked across aged care, community-based therapy, and occupational health, building a broad and well-rounded approach to physiotherapy.
With a passion for paediatrics, Catherine enjoys working with our wide range of clients across the lifespan and is committed to delivering personalised, care that helps people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Around the clinic, Catherine is known for her cheeky sense of humour.

Social Worker
Diksha Sharma
Diksha is a compassionate and resilient Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. She has worked with teenagers, people living with disabilities, and individuals from diverse community backgrounds.
Diksha is deeply committed to child safety, wellbeing, and creating supportive environments where young people and families feel heard, respected, and empowered. She is passionate about building strong, culturally responsive partnerships with clients and their families, ensuring care is tailored, respectful, and inclusive.
Known around the office for her infectious laugh that can often be heard across the clinic, Diksha brings both professionalism and positivity to the team.

Allied Health Assistant
Cameron Blacksell
Our team was lucky to welcome Cam to the team in December 2021. Cameron completed a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance to further develop his skills and support his journey as an AHA. Prior to joining our team, Cam completed a Cert IV in Youth Work, which he completed in his hometown of Geelong. Cam is known for his easy going nature and ability to connect with clients, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy sessions. Outside of work, Cam enjoys outdoor activities (like skateboarding & bushwalking), as well as looking after many foster dogs that come through his home!

Allied Health Assistant
Joanne Bishop
Jo is a valued Allied Health Assistant at Thrive 4 Life Therapy, working with clients across all ages to support them in achieving their goals in a fun, engaging, and supportive way. She brings a positive and encouraging approach to every session, helping clients build confidence while making therapy enjoyable.
Jo particularly enjoys being involved in our women’s group, where she helps create a welcoming and inclusive space for connection, growth, and shared experiences.
Outside of work, Jo loves spending time with her family and friends. She’s also a bit of a Picasso, with a passion for painting and creating beautiful artwork—something that reflects her creativity and vibrant personality that she brings into the clinic every day.

Assistant to the Director
Lucy Amurri
Lucy is the Assistant to the Director at Thrive 4 Life Therapy and plays a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and efficiency, she supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic while ensuring both staff and clients feel supported and valued.
Lucy is involved across many areas of the business, from administration and hr and coordination to supporting new initiatives and maintaining high standards across the practice. Lucy is also still working on perfecting the art of reading the Director’s mind… a skill she’s convinced she’s getting closer to every day!

Allied Health Assistant
Sabina Natalizio
Sabina is a dedicated Allied Health Assistant at Thrive 4 Life Therapy and is currently in her final year of studying Occupational Therapy. She brings enthusiasm, up-to-date knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping others to every session.
Sabina enjoys working with clients across a variety of ages and needs, supporting them to build skills, confidence, and independence in their everyday lives. Her studies complement her role, allowing her to apply evidence-based approaches while continuing to grow and develop as a future Occupational Therapist.
With a warm and approachable nature, Sabina builds strong connections with clients and families, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their goals.

Tahnee Blair
Tahnee is a friendly and motivated Allied Health Assistant at Thrive 4 Life Therapy who is currently studying Occupational Therapy, with two years of her degree still to go. She brings enthusiasm and a genuine passion for supporting clients to every session.
Tahnee enjoys working with clients across all ages and abilities, assisting them to build skills, confidence, and independence in their everyday lives. She is committed to learning and growing in her role, applying her developing knowledge from university into practical, meaningful therapy support.
