About the position

Our busy Allied Health clinic is rapidly expanding, and we are thrilled to now be offering the opportunity for a Continence Specialist Nurse to join our team. The position will be responsible for providing specialised continence assessment, diagnosis, management and treatment to clients of all ages.
This is a part-time or casual position with flexible hours available to suite your lifestyle needs. Contractors are also welcome to apply!


  • Manage a clinical caseload of clients all ages with continence problems

  • Undertake comprehensive nursing assessments

  • Provide expert consultation and educational support to clients

  • Coordinate, develop and implement therapy plans to manage continence

  • Contribute to client care by accepting referrals and providing communication of assessment and treatment of clients 

  • Consult with other members of the team where necessary

  • Maintain accurate and concise case management records  


  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with approved post graduate qualifications or equivalent in continence.

  • Demonstrated clinical experience

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

  • Government Covid-19 vaccination requirements (disability sector)

  • Understanding of contemporary continence issues and practice experience in providing care in this field

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
