Clinic Manager

About the position

Our busy Allied Health clinic is rapidly expending and we are thrilled to now be offering to introduce a Clinic Manager to join our existing team of therapists and therapy assistants.

This is an opportunity to pour passion in to your work and take pride in being part of building a place of support and assistance. 

 

This is a full time role however par time may be considered for the right applicant.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, invoicing, referral intake and processing,

  • You will be the main point of contact for our clinic, the face and heart that our clients and partners connect with.

  • Establish business improvement by introducing new systems and process to drive continuous operational improvement.

  • Ensuring the business is complaint with legislative requirements and adherence to company policy and procedure.

  • Maximize efficiency and productivity

  • Create partnerships for Thrive4Life that contribute to continued business growth

  • Lead and support the team

  • Recruitment of staff

  • Complete administration tasks that assist in smooth day to day operational performance

  • Co-ordinate marketing initiative

  • Maintaining the facilities and equipment

You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Business administration qualification a bonus but not essential.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Outstanding communication and service skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Flexibility and motivation

  • Training or coaching experience
